  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • All orders within India are delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, courier partner, and any unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

  • If any expedited shipping option is available, it will be displayed at checkout along with any applicable fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Glazone, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that meet your needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and unsealed in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid reason for the return, such as receiving the wrong product, damaged packaging, or any defect in the product.

  • To process a return, you must have an unboxing video that clearly shows the product being unsealed and the issue or defect (if applicable).

  • The request for return must be initiated immediately upon receiving the product, with all required documentation and media.

2. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: Ensure you record the entire unboxing process from the time the package is opened. The video should clearly show the package, the product in its sealed state, and the issue you are reporting.

  2. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to [Email Address] or calling us at [Phone Number]. Include the unboxing video, order number, and details about the issue.

  3. Return Authorization: Once we review your request and the unboxing video, we will authorize the return if it meets our eligibility criteria. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

 

3. Non-Returnable Products

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without an unboxing video or valid reason for return.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

4. Exchanges
 

If your product meets the return criteria and you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product. Exchanges will be processed once we have received the returned product and verified its condition. In case the product is out of stock, we will provide a store credit or refund as per your preference.

 

5. Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable, or

  • You prefer a refund over an exchange.

 

Once your return is approved and we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping costs for the return.

  • For customers outside Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges if the return is for any reason other than a defective or incorrect product.

  • Customers from Mumbai, India are excluded from bearing return shipping charges. We will cover the shipping costs for all returns initiated within Mumbai.
